Below are a number of questions we frequently get asked.  If you can't find the answer you are looking for then please get in touch.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

Do your prices include tax?
All prices for the UK and Europe include VAT at the current standard rate of 20%.  All international orders will exclude VAT. 

How do I pay for my order?
You can purchase items from this store using PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.

When will I get charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order at the checkout once payment has been confirmed.

DELIVERY

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries in the world. As part of the order and checkout process you can enter your destination details and see how much it will cost before checking out.

How long will it take before my order arrives?
Please refer to the Delivery Information section for expected delivery times for the following services, Standard, Express, European and International.

I haven't received my order yet, where is it?
If after a few days have passed for UK deliveries since receiving your despatch confirmation email then please contact us to let us know; allow 7 days for European and International before contacting us.  Prior to contacting us please check all possible places where your parcel may have been left i.e. neighbours, receptionist (if at work) or an attempted delivery note has been left.

Whatever happens we will endeavour to do our best to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.

How do you ship your products?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or local courier.  All UK Express, European and International deliveries are tracked and will need to be signed for.

When will my order be sent out?
All orders are typically despatched the same working day if received before 1pm, otherwise the following working day.

How much will shipping cost to my address?
Depending on the delivery service you have selected Summit Different have fixed rates for shipping.  For more information please refer to the Delivery Information section.  Any orders over £75 will receive free standard UK delivery.

RETURNS

I need to return my order, what do I do?
No problem, please visit the of the website for full instructions on how to return a product.

I don't like the product I ordered, what shall I do?

If the product is new and unused you can return it to us for a refund within 90 days of receipt. Please visit our returns section for more information on how to return a product.

What is your returns policy?
You can return your order within 28 days of receipt, as long as the garment is unused and unwashed. For more information, please visit the returns section for more information.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

When are your sold out products coming back into stock?
We do sell out of products that have a high demand and will announce any stock replenishes via our newsletter and social media.

I am not sure which size to order?
All our product pages will have a size chart available alongside the product description, delivery and product care tabs.  To be sure on which size to order, please measure yourself with a tape measure and compare with the product sizing chart.  Note, sizing charts will change depending on the brand of the product so make sure you only reference the size chart for that particular product.
